With more than three decades immersed in the real estate industry, I bring a thoughtful blend of market insight, transactional expertise, and personalized service to every client relationship. My career began in escrow and title in my hometown of Longview, Washington, where I gained a deep appreciation for the details that shape a successful transaction. After earning my real estate license in 1994 and working in the Portland market, my professional journey eventually led me to the North Oregon Coast — a place that inspires both my life and my work.

In 2015, I returned to residential real estate, uniting my behind-the-scenes experience with a client-centered approach to representation. As a broker with Windermere Realty Trust in Gearhart, I am known for my local market knowledge, strategic communication, and care for presentation — including my hands-on approach to staging, which helps properties shine at their very best. My goal is to deliver exceptional results while creating a smooth, elevated experience for clients buying or selling their most meaningful asset.
